Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse Review - A teenagers dream in a pot

Dream Matte Mouse has been my go to foundation since I was 17, now 20 I still use it and find the formula and coverage are better than ever.  The packaging is pretty plain and dull and doesn't look anything special, but you can tell that the money isn't spent on the packaging on this product it's spent on the product it'self which is something I appreciate with this. It obviously has an air whipped mouse like consistency, It's extremely easy to apply (best applied with fingers than brushes) and it gives a full coverage especially covering uneven skin tones, redness and spots. Although I must admit for someone with dry skin this product will not be for them over time this is drying on your skin and can some times go a little patchy in hotter weather if applied on it's own. I pair this with Rimmel London's Matte pressed powder which gives me the full coverage under any weather condition. With this product and any foundation you need to match your skin tone perfectly because one shade darker and it does leave lines and orange patches and one shade too light you look like a ghost. My true colour is Ivory 010 and this matches my skin tone perfectly, leaving a very crisp clean finish making it look like I'm not wearing foundation at all. I have recommended this foundation to many people, obviously because it's a mousse formula this will not be to everyone's taste but for me It's my holy grain and living without this foundation would be criminal to me.

This product retails for: £7.69 in boots

I think it's worth It's weight in gold, as my skin looks soft, delicate and even.
